Live in the house guest Orlando Napier. Orlando talks about his music, influences, and Saturday nights show at The James Joyce in Santa Barbara. Orlando won the "Battle Of The Blues Bands" in Santa Barbara. The event was sponsered by The Santa Barbara Blues Society (www.sbblues.org) and I was proud to be the MC. Orlando will be going to Memphis, TN to compete in the International Blues Challenge representing The Santa Barbara Blues Society. The event at The James Joyce will be a fundraiser.

This is part two of my special Sunday night show on KCSB 91.9 FM. I had just finished interviewing Fruteland Jackson about his appearence in Santa Barbara for our Blues For Youth program. The program is a dream of mine and when I met Fruteland in 1998 I knew I had to have this program move forward. I was inspired to play old classic bluesmen after Fruteland left. Thanks Fruteland.
